Prayer of Confession and Deliverance

Heavenly Father, I want to belong totally to you. I give you my body, soul, and spirit. I want you to reign supreme in every area of my life. I thank you, Lord Jesus, for dying on the cross for me. Please forgive me of every sin I have committed from birth until now. Put every sin underneath your blood. Forgive me for every sin ____________ (Name the sin and problem area such as anger, fear, unbelief, lust, etc. from the questionnaire) Forgive me for every time I’ve been ________________ (Name the sin…angry, fearful, entertaining unclean thoughts or actions, listening to rock music, using drugs, etc. Be thorough in dealing with these problems from the questionnaire)
Lord Jesus, forgive me if, through these sinful acts I have given ground to any spirit that has Satan as master. I now take back all ground I have given to any spirit of Satan in ______________ (Name again the sin or problem areas, also any occult or other activities that you have been involved in from the questionnaire) Note: Naming the demon by his activity or function from the questionnaire is more effective than just "any spirit of Satan" for example: I now take back all ground I have given to the spirit of anger, or the spirit of fear, etc.
Forgive my parents, grandparents, and great grandparents of all their sins. If through their sins, they gave ground for any spirits of Satan to enter and control them, please forgive them. I take back all ground my forefathers may have given to Satan. I now break any curses that have ever been put on me -- through the power of the Lord Jesus Christ.
I command all spirits of Satan to leave me right now and go into the pit forever, because I now belong to Jesus Christ who has conquered you wicked spirits, and your master, Satan. You have no legal right to me anymore.
I invite you, Holy Spirit, to come into my life and fill every part of my being with yourself. Give me the fruit of the Spirit, and give me those gifts of the Spirit you desire me to have. May your power, blessed Holy Spirit, flow through me, so that I may be a strong witness for the Lord Jesus Christ.
Thank you, Lord Jesus, for hearing my prayer.
“And they overcame (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony.” (Revelation 12:11)
Many have been set free through this prayer. John 4:23,24 states that God is a Spirit, and that God seeks those who worship Him in spirit and in truth. Satan wants us to be in bondage. Jesus wants us to be free.
I trust that the Ephesians audio message, the questionnaire and the prayer, will set you free. However you may need additional help in deliverance.
